Just driving to a client’s this morning… Coming over the Rideau Canal on Bronson Ave., I see a guy. A guy wearing the bottom half a body/wet-suit. Dripping wet. Carrying flippers.

Is it just too early on a Monday morning… or was this guy diving in Dow’s Lake?? Aren’t there 3-eyed fish in there or something???

Traffic was moving so I couldn’t snap a photo, but I’m sure of what I saw.
