Details for Clients in Suite 709

At 9:57pm EST commercial power was cut and power went to UPS battery. The load did not automatically transfer to the generator so technicians on-site attempted UPS bypass. During bypass your power went down for less than one second.

At 10:07pm EST power reverted back to commercial power and the UPS came back online.

At 10:33pm EST we had to move off of commercial power due to the building’s scheduled maintenance and another attempt was made to move to the generator. The Technicians again attempted UPS bypass. Clients again went down for less then one second.

At 11:15 EST the problem was found in the hard wiring from the generator to the ATS. The generator had to be shut-down for the wiring to be corrected by the Master Electricians on-site.

At 11:20 EST the generator was turned off and clients lost power. The wiring was corrected.

At 11:23 EST All power restored. Clients stayed on generator power until Sunday April 9th at 8:19am when commercial power was restored.
