Why is it that I can buy a USB hub on eBay for $0.87 USD, but shipping is $21 USD?

Is this not pricing fixing? Lying? I reiterate my example of sending a hard drive to the USA, insured for $500 replament value and 2-day guarenteed delivery… for a whopping ~$8 CAD?

I can understand if you want to make money selling your merch… but it’s getting downright unreasonable.
